Once HOWCO has been chosen as your car wash distributor, the process of managing your car wash project has already begun. The project manager will focus on the following areas to ensure your car wash project is completed in an efficient manner. Site Layout: A layout of the wash for building size, turning radius, stacking room, and access to the site are all under close examination to determine the most logical decision. Several options are considered before deciding which layout will provide maximum ease of operation and positive customer experiences. Equipment Layout: Based on the size of your property, the size of your building, and your budget, HOWCO will design an equipment package to fit your individual location. In addition, HOWCO will handle the coordination amongst vendors to ensure equipment is ordered and shipped in a timely manner. Site Specific Equipment Requirements: Working closely with your Architect, HOWCO will also verify that electrical, plumbing, and mechanical requirements for your car wash are correct. Typical prints will combine information from zoning and permitting, power usage, water usage, reclaim, chemicals, and building materials to help Architects develop a preliminary sketch of your car wash site. On-Site Consultation: Once the drawings are complete, HOWCO will make sure that the details of your plan are implemented. Job site meetings and consultations with contractors and sub-contractors will ensure that things are installed where they should be and are inspected to meet our satisfaction. Keep in mind, HOWCO works for you and we are representing on your behalf.
