Going Green in Canada By Mark Chisholm, National Sales Manager TurtleWax Professional For a long time Canada has held a prestigious identifier as a world leader in "Green" and environmental issues. TurtleWax has long since strived to maintain the environmental standards lain out by the Canadian ECO-Logo Environmental Choice Program, for its professional line of products. TurtleWax Professional has made significant changes this year to assist in lowering TurtleWax Environmental impact: We have created a smaller label for the flex pack - This label is 33% smaller over all and uses less color. This means less paper, less ink, and less impact on the environment. The flex pack has now changed to Craft Box (Brown Cardboard) - This reduces the amount of harmful chemicals that are used during the The professional group is currently redesigning the sales catalogue. The new catalogue will have fewer pages and photography. This will reduce the amount of paper and ink used when printing. Fewer pages also means a reduction in catalogue weight, making The ICE Instant Shine product passed the ECO-Logo certification - Through biodegradation tests on ICE Instant Shine, results showed evidence of "Ultimate Biodegradability," more than 78% biodegradation in 28 days.
